Cats aren't popular house pets in Korea. (But chicks and hedgehogs are. I know, right?) They hold more of a raccoon status: dirty, scrappy scavengers. And it's true. Usually when you spot a cat, it's sleeping under a car or running for cover under a car. I had a good laugh. Cats do, in fact, live under cars.
